Privacy policy.
Crumb Rally is a single-player toy car racing game with optional Apple Game Center leaderboards and an optional one-time Full Game purchase. You do not need to create an account with the developer to play.
Game data on your device
The game stores your selected circuits, difficulty, best times and championship progress locally on your device. It does not send these local preferences or saves to a developer-operated server. Device backups may include this data, depending on your Apple settings.
Game Center
If you sign in to Game Center, the game uses Apple's GameKit service to submit eligible Time Trial scores and display leaderboard positions, Game Center player names and identifiers. Your Game Center alias, position and submitted times can be visible to other players according to Apple's Game Center features and your settings. The developer does not maintain a separate player-profile database.
You can play without Game Center. Manage your Game Center account, profile and privacy preferences in your device's Settings. Apple processes Game Center data under its Game Center privacy information and Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Apple processes the optional Full Game purchase. The game uses StoreKit to check verified purchase entitlement and restore access. The developer does not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password, and does not send purchase transactions to a developer-operated server. Apple may provide sales, financial and app-performance reports through its developer services.
No advertising or tracking
Crumb Rally contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, cross-app tracking or data brokerage. The game does not request your location, contacts, microphone, camera or photo library. It renders virtual circuits and does not use augmented reality.
When you contact support
If you email sa@rc-buddy.com, the developer receives your email address and the information you choose to include. This is used to respond to your request and resolve the issue, and is handled through the developer's email service. Do not send passwords or payment information. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations; you can request deletion by email.
This website
This support website does not use advertising, analytics scripts or app-specific cookies. Its hosting and delivery providers may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the site.
Children
The game does not ask players to provide personal details to the developer. Purchases and Game Center access remain subject to Apple's account and parental-control settings. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support that should be removed, contact the developer.
Your choices
You can play offline without leaderboards, manage Game Center in Settings, and remove locally stored game data by deleting the app. Removing the app does not cancel or refund a purchase or automatically remove scores held by Game Center. For Apple-held information, use Apple's privacy and account controls. Contact the developer about support correspondence or any privacy request; applicable rights may include access, correction and deletion.
