What can I play for free?
First watch is a free, guided shift. The optional one-time Full Game purchase unlocks random nights, three incident assignments, four difficulty settings, and shift lengths from 5 to 25 minutes. There is no subscription.
How do I restore Full Game?
Open Full game from the game menu and tap Restore purchases. Sign in with the Apple Account that bought Full Game and connect to the internet. If a purchase is awaiting approval, access appears after Apple confirms it.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The shift simulation and saved results run on your device. An internet connection is needed to buy or restore Full Game.
Where are my saves and settings?
Shift records, best score, and preferences are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes its local data. Depending on your Apple settings, a device backup may contain app data.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles purchase billing and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Night Shift purchase.
